- FedEx Overnight® Shipping (available at an additional cost)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping Costs: Domestic shipping costs are included in the checkout price. International Shipping: Available at an additional cost to the buyer. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Secure Delivery: To protect your valuable purchase from theft, all orders will be shipped to an authorized FedEx store for signature and pickup. You will receive pickup details with your tracking information.

  • Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon pickup to ensure safe receipt of your timepiece.

returns & refund policy

All watches are pre-owned and sold as-is in working order. We stand by our descriptions and expect buyers to review all photos and details before purchasing.
 

  • Return Eligibility:

- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of pickup only if the watch is not in the described working condition.
- The buyer must provide a video recording of the unboxing to document any damage or discrepancies.
- The watch must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging and accessories.
 

  • Return Process:

- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your watch to initiate a return.

- Provide the unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect shipment.
- Ship the watch back via FedEx 2Day® (fully insured) with a tracking number at the buyer's expense.

- Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued if the item meets the return criteria.
